Dear sir/madam

I would like to inform you with a bag I lost a week ago on one of
you're buses.

A week ago I came back from a trip to Eilat, on one of the buses from
you're company, with lots of bags and luggage. At the next day I
discovered that I lost one of my most important bags. I looked for it
and I realized that I forgot it and it is missing. I assume that I forgot it
on the bus, and that I couldn't see it with other luggage. I hope so!

The bag is a blue school bag, a Keds bag with a flower key chain, 3
zippers and a picture of bird attached to it. Inside the bag, there is a
Sony camera, the book "lord of the ring", and a red diary with a red
pan, a Sony CD player, with the disk of the spice girls, a hair brush, a
mirror, a wallet with 500 shekels and credit card, and a Nokia cellular
phone.

The bus was line 53 from Eilat to Tel Aviv, he left Eilat at 3 a clock at
the afternoon and we arrived at 9 at the evening. I set at seat number
47.
The bus was gray and new. I believe that the name of the driver was
Shalom.

I will be more then happy and grateful if I'll receive me bag back. You
